It’s time for the final installment of my World Series of Poker final table preview. Again, the champion will be crowned sometime Tuesday, with the top prize being more than $9 million.

It doesn’t appear than anyone is having more fun than Montgomery, who describes his poker style as “psychotic aggression.” I’m not sure if he’s the next Gus Hansen, but he’s probably the biggest wild card at the table.

• An ESPN profile on Montgomery:

Demidov is being lauded by some of the top pros, Daniel Negreanu and Phil Hellmuth, as the favorite. They have reason to be impressed. Demidov also made the World Series of Poker Europe main event final table in October, finishing third. According to his opponents, he’s not overly aggressive, just calculating and super solid.

• An ESPN profile on Demidov:

Phillips, the oldest — and maybe the most humble — player remaining, heads to the final table with the bulls-eye on his back as the chip leader.

Phillips is from St. Louis and is a big Cardinals fan. He was sporting a hat with their logo, and poker players’ autographs, through the entire tournament. At least from what I’ve seen through ESPN’s eyes, Phillips would be a great ambassador for poker if he wins.

Most people feel that it is more profitable to play heads up , since it can be very difficult to make money in multi-table tournaments, where you have to reach the final table and get 1st to win big money? Can anyone clear my concern?
