A parade and commemoration begins at 10:45 a.m. at Auburn Chamber of Commerce, 601 Lincoln Way. A tribute and barbecue follow in Auburn Veterans Memorial Hall, 100 East St.
A memorial tribute is planned from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Earl J. Koobs Nature Area, 5325 Engle Road. Colors will be presented at 11 a.m.
A service with speakers and music begins at 10:30 a.m. in Sylvan Cemetery, 7401 Auburn Blvd., sponsored by American Legion Citrus Heights Post 637 and Veterans of Foreign Wars 5991.
A parade begins at 9 a.m. in the Mervyns parking lot, 1010 E. Bidwell St. It concludes at City Lions Park, 50 Natoma St. After the parade, a ceremony is planned at the Veterans Memorial behind the Folsom Public Library.
The third annual tribute with speakers and music is set for 11 a.m. at the El Dorado County Veterans Monument, 360 Fair Lane, sponsored by Friends of the El Dorado County Veterans Monument.
A flag ceremony is set for at 11 a.m. at the Veterans Memorial in Rocklin Cemetery, 4090 Kannasto Road, sponsored by Rocklin American Legion Post 620 and Veterans of Foreign Wars.
A ceremony with speakers and music is scheduled for 11 a.m. at Roseville Veterans Memorial Hall, 110 Park Drive in Royer Park, sponsored by Roseville Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1487.
A ceremony with speakers is set for 2 p.m. at the World War II Monument, 114 Vernon St., sponsored by the city of Roseville, SureWest Foundation, Roseville Historical Society and United Veterans of Roseville.
The 17th annual service honoring Mexican American veterans and all veterans is planned for 1 p.m. at the soldier’s statue, Capitol Mall and 10th Street. A ceremony with speakers is set for 3 p.m. at Magellan Hall, 8831 Gerber Road, sponsored by American Legion Magellan Post 604.
A program honoring World War II Tuskegee Airmen begins at 11 a.m. at the Yolo County Courthouse, 725 Court St. Airmen will speak about the history of their unit at noon at American Legion Post 77, 523 Bush St.

• El Dorado Transit
• Placer Commuter Express
• Roseville Transit Commuter Service
The following offices and services are open Tuesday:
• Sacramento Municipal Utility District
• Placer County Transit
• Roseville Transit Fixed Route
• Sacramento Regional Transit will operate a weekday schedule, but trips marked “H” will not operate
• YoloBus will operate on a holiday schedule
